We are dedicated to providing excellent bike maintenance and related services. Our main priority is to find the best solutions for our customers' bikes. Over the past decade, we've focused on improving our skills and equipment. We've created a dedicated space for professional bike service and repairs, where all bikes are carefully stored and organized. Additionally, we've developed a SOP for our bike services. After each service, we provide detailed reports with photos and lists. To ensure better service and efficient tracking, we keep these valuable records for three years.

The greatest encouragement we receive is when our clients say, "Wow, after the maintenance, it's even better than a brand-new bike!" Our mission is to make your bike perform at its best! We're passionate about assisting you, whether the bike was purchased from us or not.

In 2015, we launched our bike rental service. The idea came from one of our American customers who had lived near our shop. Before leaving Taiwan, he told me he would be returning to Taipei and asked for a rental bike. This sparked the idea to start this valuable and exciting business. Since then, we've had the opportunity to assist cyclists from all over the world, helping them complete beautiful rides in Yangmingshan or even across the whole island! This has become a meaningful achievement for the entire Auranden team.

We offer services in English and have built strong relationships with local cycling enthusiasts and international customers alike. We are committed to continuing to offer premium service to all our clients. We truly enjoy our work and deeply appreciate all the support from our valued customers!

2. Features:

  a. We offer a full range of sizes, suitable for riders from 155cm - 195cm.

  b. We have many optional gears for rent. Like clipless pedals, waterproof panniers, bike bags......

  c. After each rental, we do a basic clean and maintenance to ensure safety and optimal performance.

  d. For "road bikes", we offer pick-up and drop-off service in Taipei city.   

  e. All our rental bikes are equipped with Shimano quality gears and well-maintained.

  f. We offer a helmet, spare tube and repair kit at free of charge.
